Description
PHAIZE Recovery Spray is a precisely formulated magnesium spray designed to support muscular and systemic regeneration. Transdermal application through the skin completely bypasses the digestive tract. This eliminates gastrointestinal discomfort, which often occurs with oral magnesium supplements, and allows for direct absorption in the target tissue.
Application
After your workout: 30 to 60 minutes after exercise, spray 5 to 10 pumps directly onto the muscles you've worked (such as calves or shoulders). Massage in briefly, put your feet up, and relax.
Before bedtime: For an extra dose of evening calm, simply spray 3 to 5 pumps onto the soles of your feet about 30 minutes before going to bed. The skin there has particularly large pores and absorbs the spray very well, which helps your body to relax and wind down.
Good to know: Because there's so much magnesium salt in the solution, it might tingle or feel slightly tight on your skin at first – this is a completely normal reaction. If the fine salt film bothers you after drying, you can simply wipe it off with a damp washcloth after about 20 minutes of absorption time. And very important: Please avoid freshly shaven or injured skin areas, as this will sting quite unpleasantly.
